5. Applications

5.1 Creating documents

You can create a new document on your PDA with Microsoft WordPad1, or work on an existing one by sending it from the PC to your OptimusPDA. Data, files, and document uploads/downloads between PDA and computer are controlled by the Microsoft ActiveSyncsoftware.

There are two ways to enter characters into the document using document-editing programs:

-Using the keyboard

-Using the handwriting recognition program

These two methods are explained in more detail below.
