Using the Infrared Communication Port

By using the infrared communication port, data can be exchanged without a physical con- nection (e.g., using a cable or the cradle) between the CF-P1 and a computer.

Have the infrared port of the CF-P1 face the infrared communication port of a computer. We recommend a port to port distance of 30 cm {11.8"} or less.
