Using the Phonebook

Storing Phonebook Items as Hot Key Dials

The dialling buttons (1-9) function as one-touch dials. You can assign up to 9 phone numbers from the phonebook as Hot Key Dials.

Make sure that the unit is in the standby mode.

1.Z Á.

2.Z U or S to select phonebook number to register as Hot Key Dial.

3.Z Y or V.

4.Z U to select ‘Reg. to Hot Key’.

5.Z Y or V.

If an item is already stored to a Hot Key, ‘’ will be displayed on the left of the key number.

6.Z U or S to select the hot key to register your item.

7.Z Y or V.

8.Select ‘Save’, then Z Y or V

OR

If a hot key number with ‘’ is selected, select ‘Overwrite’, then Z Y or V.

A confirmation sounds and the display will return to the next phonebook item.

Dialling a Stored Number

Make sure that the unit is in the standby mode.

1.Press and hold a hot key number (1-9)

The stored number is displayed.

2.Z U or S until the desired item / number is displayed.

3.Z O or %.

The number is dialled automatically.

4.To hang up, Z P

OR

Place the handset on the base.
