Deleting Caller ID Numbers

To delete only one Caller ID number, press when the phone is in standby, and then find the number you want to delete. Press Menu/Select and select Delete Entry. When the phone asks you to confirm, select Yes.

To delete all the Caller ID numbers, press when the phone is in standby. Press MENU/SELECT and select Delete All. When the phone asks you to confirm, select Yes.

Notes: • When you delete a Caller ID number, you delete it permanently.

Caller ID numbers are stored separately in each handset. Deleting a record from one handset will not delete the record from any other handsets.

Using Call Waiting

If you have Call Waiting service and a second call comes in when you are on the phone, a call waiting tone will sound.

For Australian Model:

Press TALK/FLASH and then [2] on the handset to accept the waiting call. The first caller is put on hold, and you will hear the new caller after a short pause. To return to the original caller, press TALK/FLASH and then [2] again.

For New Zealand Model:

Press TALK/FLASH on the handset to accept the waiting call. The first caller is put on hold, and you will hear the new caller after a short pause. To return to the original caller, press TALK/FLASH again.

Note: You must subscribe to Call Waiting service for this feature to operate. Not all features are available in all areas.
