TROUBLESHOOTING

YOUR NEW PHONE

QUICK REFERENCE CHART

If your phone is not performing to your expectations, please try these simple steps. If you are still unable to resolve the problem, contact your place of purchase or call customer service at (800)297-1023.

The charge light won’t come

Make sure the AC adapter is

on when the handset is

 

plugged into the base and

placed in the base.

wall outlet.

 

Disconnect the AC adapter for a few

 

 

minutes, then reconnect it.

 

Reset security code (see page 13).
