To use time sync: dock your iPhone/iPod and press the

Button. The unit will sync to the time on your iPhone/iPod.

To set time manually: move the DST switch on rear of unit to -1 or +1 (subtracts or adds an hour for standard time or daylight saving time).

Press & hold the Button until the hour display flashes.

Press the / buttons to set the current hour.

Press the Button. The minute display flashes.

Press the / buttons to set the current minutes.

Press the Button. The year flashes.

Press the / buttons to set the current year.

Press the Button. The date flashes.

Press the / buttons to set the current date and day.

Press the Button to confirm settings.
