5 GETTING STARTED

5.1 BATTERY INSTALLATION

•Open the battery compartiment by pulling the battery cover clip (7).

•Insert one AAA. Follow the polarity as indicated in the battery compartiment.

•Close the battery compartiment

•Press the on/off button to turn on the device

•The batterylevel can be checked in the upper left of the LCD.

•Press the on/off button for 2 seconds to turn off the device

Important :

Dispose of the batteries at a designated battery disposal unit and not in the household waste. Do not shortcircuit & dispose of in ﬁre.

Remove the battery if this device is not going to be used for a long period.

5.2 DISPLAY INFORMATION

1. Battery status

2. SD or MMC card is detected

3. MP3 mode, or VOC (voice mode)

4. Play or Stop Mode

5. Repeat ALL files, RANDOM, ONE

6. Play time of current track

7. Song being currently played

8. Current track number and total track

5.3 EARPHONE CONNECTION

Connect your earphone as shown:

5.4 USB CONNECTION

Use the provided USB cable to connect this device on your computer.

Press the on/off button to turn on the device. Your system will detect this device. The display indicates:
