Connecting to Computer

EN Charging the Battery

The player’s battery can only be charged through the USB port of a computer.

1.Slide the USB connector upward as shown below.

2.Insert the USB connector of the player into the USB port on the computer tightly (use an optional USB extension cable if necessary). Once connected, the display shows as below:

USB Connected

Hold to charge batt.

3.Press and hold to enter battery charging mode. The display shows as

below with the battery icon animating.

USB Connected

Charge the unit for at least 2 hours before first use.

You can still transfer files to the player in the battery charging mode.

When the battery is full, the display shows “Battery full”.

Transferring Files to the Player

You should refer to the software manual for details in software installation, connecting your player with the computer and transferring files to the

player.

Note

The player will automatically go to battery charging mode if

the battery level is low.

Attention

Do not disconnect the USB connection during music

download. Doing so may corrupt system files or the files being downloaded.

Refer to the software instruction manual for

procedures in installing music management software and transferring files to the player.
