3.Increases volume; moves upward in menu navigation.

4.Decreases volume; moves downward in menu navigation.

5.Skip and search backward a file; goes back a menu level in menu navigation; selects radio frequency and preset stations.

6.Skip and search forward a file; goes into a menu level in menu navigation; selects radio frequency and preset stations..

7.Press and hold to switch on or off the player; starts and pauses playback.

8.Starts and ends recording; press to select music files as My Selections; for sectioned audible files, press repeatedly during playback to select skipping by section or by file.

9.Accesses the player’s menu.

10.Lock switch - slide to the locked icon to prevent accidental key activation. The

lock icon shows on the display when keys are locked.

11.Headphone jack, input jack for line-in recording.

12.Reset button.
