Troubleshooting Guide

If you experience a problem with this unit, check the chart below before calling for service.

Player do not power on	● Check the ON/OFF switch. Slide the switch to ON
	position.
	● Press and hold the II button until the LCD screen
	light on .
Music, Video, Photos can’t be	● Files not successfully transferred to the player.

	● Volume too low, adjust volume to higher level.
	● Files may damaged or in wrong formats. Try other
	files.
Sound quality is bad	● Music file is corrupted. Try other files.
	● Battery level low, recharge the unit.
	● Earphone damaged, replace a new earphone.
Computer does not detect the	● Read the supported Operation System of computer

	● USB cable not secured, connects USB cable
	properly.
Voice recording sound quality	● Point the built in mic to the sound source, no
