•Power has been interrupted or the power cord has been disconnected.

Audio quality is poor after connection with a Bluetooth device
•The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move the device closer to the DC350, or remove any obstacle between the device and the DC350.
A device cannot connect with the DC350
•The device does not support Bluetooth communication, or any of the compatible profiles required for the DC350.
•You have not enabled the Bluetooth function of the device. Refer to the user manual of the device on how to enable the function.

The connected mobile phone connects and disconnects constantly
