Troubleshooting
When downloading a file in the library of WMP10, the following message appears. "Windows Media Play can't play the file"
●Select [Tools] → [Search for Media Files] → [New files and all existing files in library] from the menu and click the [Search]button.
The player keeps being turned off.
●In Stop mode, the power is automatically turned off (changes depending on settings).
●Check to see if there are files saved in it.
Something’s wrong with play time displayed during Play mode.
●Check to see if a VBR file is playing.
The file name is not displayed correctly.
●Move to [Settings] → [Display] → [Language] in the Menu and then change the language setting.
