1Using the AC adapter

You can use the AC Power Adapter to conserve your battery life if there’s an AC Outlet nearby. Once AC Power is applied, the unit will be in STANDBY Mode. STANDBY mode lets you awake system quickly by using the remote control POWER Button, or the unit’s ON button.

1Connect the Power Plug into the Power Jack

Right Side of Unit

Plug the Power Plug firmly into the DC IN 10 V Power Jack on the Left Side of the unit.

2Connecting the AC Power Cord to the Adapter

Plug the Power Cord into the AC Adapter.

3Plug in to Wall Power Outlet

Plug the Power Cord to the Adapter and the other end of the

Power Cord into a standard wall Power Outlet.

 

Quick Tips

￿Once Power is applied, the unit will be in STANDBY Mode. (See pg 20)

￿The unit consumes 0.3W when it is in STANDBY Mode.

￿If the unit will not be used for a long time, unplug the AC Outlet.

￿We recommend Removing the Battery Pack when using the AC adapter.
