Follow these instructions to load the installation software, which enables your PC to recognize the m25. The installation also loads the Motorola Digital Music Center. If you are using Windows 98 Second Edition, you may have to install drivers for the player from the CD; refer to your system documentation and Help files for details on doing this. You can also click on the Add New Hardware icon in Control Panel and follow the prompts.

1Place the installation CD label-side up into your computer’s CD-ROM drive. The installation software should launch automatically.

If installation software does not launch automatically, follow these steps to start installing manually:

a.Double-click the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop.

b.Double-click the CD-ROMicon.

c.Double-click the Install icon.

2Click Motorola Digital Music Center Software and Drivers and follow the on-screen instructions.

3If prompted, reboot the computer when the installation is complete.
