Stopwatch

To use the stopwatch to keep track of time-related events while listening to music:

1 Open MENU by pressing Thumbstick to .

2Move Thumbstick to select Stopwatch.

3Press Thumbstick in.

Average Lap Time

Lap Difference

Lap statistics are displayed at the bottom of the Stopwatch screen. When a new lap is set, the difference, either faster (- for time removed) or slower (+ for time added), between the new lap time and the current average laptime is displayed for a few moments, and then the new current average laptime is displayed. The time for the two most recent laps is shown below the counter, and each new lap saved erases the one before the last. The m25 can track thousands of laps.

When in Stopwatch mode, the controls work in the ways described below.

1 Press Thumbstick toward to return to the Main Menu.

Returning to the Main Menu and using other player functions will not turn the stopwatch off. The timer continues to run until the Thumbstick is pressed up (Play/Pause or ) while Stopwatch is shown on the LCD. The timer also holds a paused time until either it is reset to zero or the player is turned off.

2Press Thumbstick in to set a lap time. Press and hold to return to the single lap display. Multiple laps and lap averages will be lost.

Press Thumbstick up toward to start and stop the timer.

Press Thumbstick down toward to enter Menu mode. Press and hold to reset the stopwatch timer.
