Basic Operations

Line-in Recorder Mode

Press the REC button to set iAUDIO to Waiting status. At this time, iAUDIO does not start recording, and monitors the incoming signal. Recording will start automatically when audio signal is detected.

Start playback of CD player. iAUDIO starts recording automatically.

The sound from CD player is recorded in the preset recording quality under the “RECORDS\LINEIN” folder.

For details on setting the recording quality, see page 37 in this guide.

Press and hold the lever to open Navigator. Select a recorded file, then press the lever to open pop-up menu.

Play Now: The file is played.

Add to List: The file is added to “Dynamic Playlist”.

Intro: Only the first parts of the file is played.

Delete: The file is completely deleted from iAUDIO.

To use Rewind or Fast Forward functions while playing recorded files, change to MP3 Player mode, then play the “L***.mp3” files under the “RECORDS\LINEIN” folder.
