Volume Control

To adjust the volume level, press the VOLUME UP (+) or VOLUME DOWN () button. The volume control ranges from 0 to +32.

Hold Function

Slide the HOLD switch into the Hold position to lock the buttons on the player, including power on and off. This locks the current function in place and prevents the buttons on the player from operating due to inadvertent contact.

The HOLD switch on the PM-1 player and the HOLD switch on the remote control work separately. Activating the Hold function on the player locks the buttons on the player (the buttons on the remote remain activated). Activating the Hold function on the remote locks the buttons on the remote (the buttons on the player remain activated).

When the HOLD switch is in the Hold position, “Key Locked” is displayed on the LCD.
