13Headphone Output

The VERO-1 includes a standard headphone socket for consideration to others. Headphones are not supplied.

14 Battery Mode

The VERO-1 will operate on 6 C Size batteries. Long Life Alkaline Batteries are recommended for use in DAB Radios.

Please note that since DAB is battery intensive, to conserve battery life the radio will not switch into Standby Mode when being operated on batteries.

To switch off in Battery mode, you must use the POWER ON/OFF button
