OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

•Make sure you have installed the back-up battery in the battery compartment.

•Make sure you have extended the AC power cord and the FM antenna wire to their full lengths.

•Connect the AC power cord plug to a 120V 60Hz AC outlet.

Setting The Clock

When the radio is connected to the AC outlet for the first time “12:00” (AM) will flash in the display.

1.) First depress and hold the CLOCK SET button and then press the SKIP/ SEARCH / HOUR button to set the clock to the correct hour, AM or PM. If the PM indicator is ‘Off’the time displayed is AM.

2.) Continue to depress the CLOCK SET button and then depress the SKIP/

SEARCH / MIN. button to adjust the display to the correct minute.

3.) When the correct time appears on the display release all the buttons. The clock begins to run.
