Troubleshooting

Unit doesn’t respond (no power)

Check that all connections are correct and properly plugged in. If operating on batteries, make sure batteries are fresh and are properly installed.

Unit doesn’t charge my device

Make sure the unit is connected to working AC power outlet. Unit will not charge devices while operating on batteries.

USB port will NOT charge iPad models

Resetting the unit

If the unit does not respond properly or appears to be “frozen”, you may wish to try resetting it. To do so, disconnect unit from AC power, remove all batteries and let the unit sit for a few minutes before replacing the batteries and reconnecting to AC power.

Using with iHome+Apps

Apps will not work when operating on batteries

Alarm app will wake to last connection (USB port or 30-pin dock) a device was PLAYED through, not the last connection docked to.

Battery Warning

For models that require more than one battery

 

 

Do not mix with used or other battery types/brands

Do not heat above 75ºC (167ºF)

Replace all batteries at the same time

Do not expose contents to water

Do not open batteries

Do not charge or recharge

Do not dispose of in fire

Do not install backwards
