EN Selecting Pulse Rate Mode

1.In sports mode, use UP ( ) and DOWN ( ) to move the cursor to Pulse Rate.

Measuring Pulse Rate

1.Follow the above instructions to enter pulse rate mode, the unit will ask you to place finger on the pulse rate sensor.

2.Slightly place your finger on the sensor, the heart icon will blink at the same rate as your pulse rate, pulse rate will be displayed after the measurement is finished.
