Excessive tank pressure – safety valve pops off
1.Pressure switch does not shut off motor when compressor reaches
2. Pressure switch
1.Move the pressure switch lever to the OFF position. If the outfit doesn'tshut off, and the electrical contacts are welded together, replace the pressure switch If the contacts are good, check to see if the pin in the bottom of the pressure release valve is stuck. If it does not move freely, replace the valve

Pressure reading on the regulated pressure gauge drops when an accessory is used
It is normal for "some" pressure drop to occur
If there is an excessive amount of pressure drop when the accessory is used, adjust the regulator
NOTE: Adjust the regulated pressure under flow conditions (while accessory is being used)
