7.4.3.1.WITHOUT ECHO BACK FORMAT

The character A begins the command block.
The second byte is the ID code (07). The third byte is the addressable channel number (07). Up to four bytes of a channel's value can be in BCD mode
7.4.3.2.WITH ECHO BACK FORMATS
