After First 50

Hours Of Use

After the first 50 working hours or 30 days, whichever comes first, perform the following maintenance:

•Replace the oil in the motor with com- pressor oil (use ISO 100 of SAE 30W viscosity, non detergent type).

•Make sure that all the fittings are tight.

•Remove the air filter foam element shown in Figure 14 and rinse it out with water. Allow it to dry and re- install.

¥Blow out any accumulated dirt between the cylinder cooling fins.

Weekly

If the compressor is used on a daily basis, perform the following checks each week:

•Rinse the air filter foam element in water.

•Check for loose bolts or fittings.
