How to tension the chain

How to change the chain and rim

Untensioned chain.

Start with opening the adjust screw cover.

Pull the handle backwards.

Continue to move the handle down-wards until you start to tension the chain.

Hold the bar upwards as you move the handle forward.

Tighten the adjust screw.

Close the adjust screw cover.

Lift out the top of the inner handle and move it anti- clockwise.

Unscrew the outer handle.

Remove the cover.

Remove the bar and chain.

Remove the spring holding the two "half-moons" using a screwdriver.

Remove the "half-moons", the cup and rim.

Remove the drive wheel.

Assembly takes place in the reverse order.
