UNPACKING
When unpacking, check to make sure all parts shown on the Parts List (page 10) are included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible.
To Charge The Battery:
1.The Battery (11) does not come charged from the manufacturer. Before use, you must charge the Battery.

2.Plug the Battery Charger into the electrical outlet.

3.Insert the Battery (11) into the Battery Charger. (See Figure B.)
CAUTION! Make certain to insert the battery in the correct orientation, as noted in Fig- ure B. Inserting the battery improperly will damage the charger and will prevent the battery from charging properly.
