Turn Dolby Pro Logic off when playing a DVD recorded with Dolby Digital or DTS. The surround effects will not be reproduced correctly if this is left on.

Speaker level adjustments

If the level of the speakers appears to be different while listening to a source, adjust the level of the speakers to the same apparent level.

Preparation

DOLBY DIGITAL and DTS: Turn off the other sound field systems.

DOLBY PRO LOGIC:

Press [Î PRO LOGIC].

1Remove the discs (or select an empty tray).

2 Press [TEST] to output a test signal.

Lch: Front left (j16 dB to 0 dB)
