As ferramentas elétricas Milwaukee possuem garantia contra defeitos originados por falhas de materiais ou de fabricação pelo período de 3 (três) anos a partir da data de compra.

A TTI reparará seus produtos gratuitamente quando, antes da inspeção prévia dos mesmos seja provada a existência de uma falha causada por defeitos de materiais ou de fabricação. Para que seja válida a garantia, você deverá apresentar o produto na assistência técnica autorizada, juntamente com nota fiscal, ticket ou comprovante de compra e o certificado de garantia carimbado pelo estabelecimento onde o produto foi adquirido.

Esta política de garantia não cobre:

1.Partes desgastadas por uso normal da ferramenta, como eixos, carvões, rolamentos e coletores. Apenas a título de exemplo.

2.Ferramentas que tenham sido reparadas ou que sofreram tentativas de reparo por serviços não autorizados pela TTI.

3.Ferramentas que tenham sido modificadas total ou parcialmente.

4.Abuso ou má utilização das ferramentas ou uso fora de conformidade com o manual do usuário.

As baterias e carregadores contam com garantia de 2 (dois) anos a partir da data de compra.
