1Cutting sparks can cause explosion or fire.
1.1Keep flammables away from cutting. Do not cut near flammables.
1.2Cutting sparks can cause fires. Have a fire extinguisher nearby, and have a watchperson ready to use it.
1.3Do not cut on drums or any closed containers.
2The plasma arc can cause injury and burns.
2.1Turn off power before disassembling torch.
2.2Do not grip material near cutting path.
2.3Wear complete body protection.
3Electric shock from torch or wiring can kill.
3.1Wear dry insulating gloves. Do not wear wet or damaged gloves.
3.2Protect yourself from electric shock by insulating yourself from work and ground.
3.3Disconnect input plug or power before working on machine.
4Breathing cutting fumes can be hazardous to your health.
4.1Keep your head out of the fumes.
4.2Use forced ventilation or local exhaust to remove the fumes.
4.3Use ventilating fan to remove fumes.
5Arc rays can burn eyes and injure skin.
5.1Wear hat and safety glasses. Use ear protection and button shirt collar. Use welding helmet with correct shade of filter. Wear complete body protection.
6Become trained and read the instructions before working on the machine or cutting.
7Do not remove or paint over (cover) the label.
8Falling equipment can cause injury and damage to unit.
9Always lift and support unit using both handles. Keep angle of lifting device less than 60 degrees.
10Use a proper cart to move unit.
11Do not use one handle to lift or support unit.
