Slide movement stops when stop hits limit switch.
This can be used as a starting refer- ence point for weld repeatability.
The stop can be adjusted. Loosen nut, turn screw in or out to desired length, and tighten nut.

SECTION 5 – MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING
5-1. Routine Maintenance
Every month, check labels and cables; clean all parts. Yearly clean and oil slide, and clean and adjust drive belt.
5-2. Overload Protection

Turn OFF and unplug unit.
If fuse F1 opens, the slide and con- trol do not work. To check or change F1, proceed as follows:
1 Fuse Holder Cover
Press and turn cover counterclock- wise. Pull out fuse with cover.
2Fuse F1 (See Parts List For Rating)
Insert new fuse into cover, and in- stall fuse with cover by pressing and turning cover clockwise.
