Unpacking

When unpacking the Halogen Floor Shop Light, check to make sure parts on page 10 are included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS at 1-800-444-3353.

Assembly

Your Halogen Floor Shop Light will require some minor assembly. The Light requires special conditions for set up and operation. It is important that you read the entire manual to become familiar with the product BEFORE you use the Light.

1.Slide the Halogen Lamp onto the Steel Stand (4). Place the Mounting Bracket on the Light onto the Steel Stand (4) and thread in the Knob (1).

2.Loosen the Knob (1) to pivot the Light. The Light Pivots 180 degrees up and down. To pivot the Light, move it by the Handle at the top of the Steel Stand. NEVER touch the Halogen

Light to move it or pivot it.

Bulb Replacement

1.Make certain that the product is OFF and unplugged. With leather gloves on, squeeze and remove the Grid from the front of the Light.

2.Remove the Bolt from the top of the Light.

3.Pull out the Lens from the front of the Light.

4.Make certain that the Halogen Bulb (3) has had sufficient time to cool. Gently pull out the Halogen Bulb.
