Regular Maintenance

These procedures should be done before and after each use:

Check the wheel before each use to ensure no cracks and chips are present, and that wheel size is sufficient to safely grind.

Note: To avoid property damage, the size of the wheel should be large enough to prevent the outer flange from coming into contact with the workpiece in a typical grind- ing operation.

Outer flange is tight and wheel is secure.

Handle and guard are in proper position and firmly attached to the grinder.

For Models T10494 and T10495, ensure that the trigger safety button is in proper working condition.

For Model T10493, ensure that ON/ OFF locking slide switch is in proper working condition.
