Contacting Customer Care by E-mail or Telephone

If the tablet PC is connected to the Internet, select Start > Help and Support to get help by e-mail or to access customer support telephone numbers.

If the tablet PC is not connected to the Internet, refer to the printed Worldwide Telephone Numbers booklet (English only) included with the tablet PC to contact Customer Care.

Taking the Tablet PC to a Service Partner

In addition to providing the information listed in the “Preparing to Call Customer Care” section earlier in this appendix, be sure to delete all passwords or to disclose all passwords to the service partner.

For information about deleting a Microsoft Windows password, refer to Start > Help and Support. (The deletion procedures vary with the types of Windows passwords you have set).

For information about deleting an HP password, refer to the

Hardware and Software Guide.

To contact Customer Care, refer to the printed Worldwide Telephone Numbers booklet (English only) included with the tablet PC.
