Setting pixel output levels
The Output Levels control in the Exposure Adjustment tool lets you create interesting effects for images of pictures.
When you change the White output level value to 0 and the Black output level value to 255, the colors in the image reverse.

Changing output levels
Use the Output Levels control in the Exposure Adjustment tool to create interesting effects in images of pictures.
The ranges for the numbers in the White and Black fields are set in the Preference Controls tab (see page 47).
1Click the Output Levels checkbox in the Exposure Adjustment tool to select it.
The White and Black output levels controls appear in the Exposure Adjustment tool.
2Click on the one side of a slider,
– or –
type a different number in the White or Black field, then press Tab or Enter,
– or –
click the UP or the DOWN spin button next to the White or Black field.
The result of the changes to Output Levels can be seen in the preview area.
