Troubleshooting the Remote 2C

Use the following table to determine the problem with your Remote 2C. Also consult the LED table on page 11. If you are still having problems with the Remote 2C, see the Customer Support page at the beginning of this manual for information on how to contact HP.

All LEDs are lit on the Remote 2C
