Remove the base enclosure:

1.Turn the computer face down, remove the 12 Phillips PM 7.5 millimeter long screws.

2.Remove the bottom enclosure.

NOTE: To remove the bottom enclosure, use a thin, non-conductive tool such as the HP Tool Shroud separator, available on the HP website.
