Removal and Replacement Procedures

This chapter provides removal and replacement procedures.

There are as many as 75 screws, in 9 different sizes, that may have to be removed, replaced, or loosened when servicing the notebook. Make special note of each screw and screw lock size and location during removal and replacement.

Refer to Appendix C, “Screw Listing.” for detailed information on screw and screw lock sizes, locations, and usage.
