Customize the Calendar Appearance

You can change the appearance of your calendar by setting the 1st day of the week, deciding how many days in a week you want to view, showing the number of weeks and the half-hour time slots, deciding to use a large font, and deciding to set reminders for new items. You can also display several icons that give visual information about your appointments, including:

Location

Attendees

Private

You can determine whether to send meeting requests through ActiveSync.

To customize the calendar appearance:

1.From the Start menu, tap Calendar.

2.Tap Tools.

3.Tap Options.

4.Select the calendar options.

5.Tap OK.
