3.Remove the front bezel. See “Removing the Front Bezel” in this chapter.

4.Remove the cooling shield. See “Removing the Cooling Shield” in this chapter.

5.To install a hard drive in bay 5 or bay 6 see the following four illustrations.

Installing a hard drive in the hard drive adapter

Use only 3/16-inch long screws for both the adapter screws 1 and the guide screw 2. Longer screws can damage the internal components of the drive.
