High performance controller(s) built on DAS to SAN (DtS) architecture.
Scalable to eight SATA enclosures for 24 TB or four SCSI enclosures for 16.8 TB of storage capacity with 4- dual channel SCSI I/O cards.
Ability to hot plug disk enclosures to the controller shelf.
Hot plug expansion and replacement support - Hot plug expansion and replacement of hard drives, redundant controllers, for simple, fast installation and maintenance. Fans and power supplies are also hot plug replaceable.
