c. Push the main tray back in, and then open the paper tray extender.

NOTE: When you use legal-size paper, leave the paper catch closed.

Load envelopes

a. Pull out the main tray.

❑If the photo tray is open, push it back in.

❑In the main tray, slide paper-width guide outwards.

❑Remove any previously loaded media.

b. Load envelopes.

❑Insert one or more envelopes into the center of the main tray. The side to be printed on should face down. The flap should be on the left side and facing up.

❑Slide the stack of envelopes forward until it stops.

❑Slide the paper-width guide inward against the stack of envelopes until it stops.
