1. Press the TIME button to enter desired fry time

2. Press the TEMP button to enter the desired temperature

1. Load the fryer basket with food

2. Place basket lid into the designated groove in the fryer basket	3. Place fryer cover over basket and slowly lower the
	fryer basket into the oil

3. Press the START/STOP button	4. When the oil has reached the desired temperature a ready
	icon will appear and a beep will sound
