Installation Overview
To install your AH303A Host Bus Adapter, follow these steps:
1.Confirm that all of the installation prerequisites are met. See “Installation Prerequisites.”
2.If you are installing the adapter online, use the swlist command to confirm that the minimum supported
3.Install the adapter.
•To install the adapter offline, follow the steps in “Installing the Adapter Hardware Offline” (page 13).
•To install the adapter online, follow the steps in “Installing the Adapter Hardware Online” (page 14).
4.Configure the adapter.

5.Connect the external disk enclosures.

IMPORTANT: The internal port of the AH303A adapter is not supported in HP Integrity servers.
