Reversing the door swing

oYou can choose whether you want the doors of your appliance to open from the left or the right according to your kitchen design or personal preference.

oIt is important that this procedure is carried out before the fridge-freezer is positioned in the desired location. The appliance should not be connected to the mains supply.

oThe door reversal process should only be carried out a suitably qualified person. It is recommended that 2 people handle the fridge-freezer during assembly. All parts that are removed should be saved for reinstallation.

oThe fridge-freezer should be rested on something solid so that it will not slip during the door reversal process. Do not lay the fridge-freezer flat as this may damage the coolant system.

oThe tools which are required to carry out the door reversal process are a Philips style screwdriver, a flat bladed screwdriver and a hexagonal spanner.

NOTE: The door handles are supplied with the appliance and can be installed using a Philips screwdriver. There are cap covers to cover the screws, and the holes (on the opposite side of the door). When reversing the door swing, the handles can be swapped to the other side of the door with ease.
