This controls the number of DRAM clocks for TCL. Configuration options: [4T] to [11T]. The default value is [Auto].

DRAM tRCD

This controls the number of DRAM clocks for TRCD. Configuration options: [4T] to [11T]. The default value is [Auto].

DRAM tRP

This controls the number of DRAM clocks for TRP. Configuration options: [4T] to [11T]. The default value is [Auto].

DRAM tRAS

This controls the number of DRAM clocks for TRAS. Configuration options: [15T] to [30T]. The default value is [Auto].

DRAM tRFC
