Wireless triggering and sync cables

Besides traditional sync cables, Profoto generators can be synchronized by IR and radio signals. The PocketWizard® system is a widely used, very reliable radio sync system that is implemented in the Profoto R generators and available separately.

The new Profoto Air system takes radio sync technology one step further, operating on the 2.4 GHz band – making it compatible with equipment worldwide.

Together with the Profoto Studio software and the Profoto Air USB, you can control all settings of the Pro-8a and new D1 wireless with your PC or Mac.

Profoto Air Remote

Our specially designed digital radio system, Profoto Air Remote is built into all Pro-8 generators and new ComPacts. Complete flash control at your camera or in your hand, including flash energy control and modeling light control. Control an unlimited number of generators and heads clustered in up to six groups on eight channels.
