Reading a Short Message
The Short Message Services (SMS) allow you to be reached if your phone is busy or if you do not want to be disturbed by a phone call. This short text message (up to 160 characters) can be received, displayed, edited or sent.
When the short message memory is full, the indicator flashes. To save memory space, delete old message.
Example: You are expecting an urgent answer while you are in a meeting but do not want the phone to disrupt the meeting by ringing.
☞The Short Message Services are only available if you specified this option when you took out your subscription with the network operator.
