The camera doesn’t switch on There is low battery capacity

Water got inside the camera.

The battery chamber cover was accidentally opened under water. The camera was dropped into water while its battery chamber cover was not completely closed.

Turn the camera power off. Contact a Samsung service center for repair.

Camera does not take images when pressing the Shutter button There is insufficient memory capacity

Delete unnecessary image files The memory card has not been formatted

Format the memory card (p.58) The memory card is exhausted

Insert a new memory card The memory card is locked
