Licenza OpenSSL

OpenSSL Toolkit è pubblicato secondo i termini di una doppia licenza, ossia è regolamentato dalle condizioni sia della licenza di OpenSSL che della licenza originale di SSLeay. Vedere di seguito i testi della licenza attuale. In realtà entrambe le licenze sono di tipo BSD Open Source.
