Use this application to chat with any device. To use this application, you must sign in to your Samsung account or verify your phone number.
Tap ChatON on the Applications screen.
This application may not be available depending on the region or service provider.
Create a buddies list by entering phone numbers or Samsung account email addresses, or by selecting buddies from the list of suggestions. Alternatively, tap 
→Sync contact list to manually sync contacts from the device.
Tap 
, select buddies to start chatting with, and then tap Done.
